Our client is a successful IT Services provider to organizations around the world, implementing customized, end-to-end IT solutions that achieve business success leveraging IBM, Microsoft and Open Source technologies in a global delivery model. They have successful consulting solutions across System Integration, Data, Testing and Application Development services. They are interested in making tuck-in and scale acquisitions to support their growth strategy.
This client is seeking companies with the following profile:
- Sales Volume: $5 million to $80 million revenue companies
- Industry: All major industries, including the public sector
- Business Mix: Strong repeatable business (greater than 50%); less than 20% revenue in the following: physical infrastructure, staff augmentation, legacy ERP & product licensing
- Having a strong owner/lead executive in place is a plus
- Structure: Full sale. Closely-held private companies interested in full sale, or owner remaining as part of larger organization
- Acquired company should have stable middle management and sales/customer relationships that would remain after a transaction
- Profitability requirements: Positive EBITDA
- Geography: global (US, UK, Canadian locations preferred)
